SAS Service Update – Bookings Resume 15 October 2025

We have completed updates to the SAS system. From 15 October 2025, SAS services have resumed and new bookings are being accepted. Please note that applicants and migration agents with accounts created between June 2022 and September 2025 may need to reset their password to access the system. Applications created during this period will not be visible in the updated portal.
